ESPC
With extensive knowledge of the local lettings market, the team at ESPC Lettings are all about to taking the stress out of being a landlord. The fine folks at ESPC came to me with the task of creating a couple of snappy social animations to help explain what they do for both tenants and landlords.
They provided the script (along with a pretty cracking VO) and I got to work storyboarding, illustrating and animating to help tell their story for the full suite of socials. What we ended with was two snappy but sweet animations that could be interchanged for each audience, with just a couple of tweaks, saving us a good chunk of time, with a relatively short deadline!
